Commute Learner is an online learning service that helps users learn and remember content. Our service is designed to accelerate learning and improve retention.
2. Compliance with Regulations
By using our service, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), Data Breach Notification requirements, and Intellectual Property and Copyright laws. We do not allow individuals under the age of 13 to use our service.

a. We are not liable for any misuse or misinterpretation of the information provided through our service. The content we provide is for informational purposes only, and we do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy and applicability of the information.
b. We are not liable for any consequences that may arise from the use or reliance on the information provided through our service. Users acknowledge that they use our service at their own risk.
4. User-Generated Content
a. Any content generated by users and shared through our service, whether with other users or non-users, is subject to a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (CC BY-SA) license, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
b. All other content generated by users through the use of our service belongs to the respective users and is subject to their rights and responsibilities.

6. Subscription and Refunds
a. Our service is sold on a subscription basis, with payment options available on a monthly or yearly basis.
b. To cancel your subscription, you must provide a notice at least seven days before the next payment is due. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in the next payment being processed.
c. Refunds will only be given on technical grounds, such as extended service outages exceeding two days, provided that sufficient evidence, such as a screenshot of the issue, is provided. If you have paid for a full year, only the remaining months will be refunded.
7. System Requirements
To use our service, you must have a working internet connection and a smartphone or a modern web browser that supports PWA technology, including HTML5, HTTP2, WebAssembly, Data storage, and Service workers.
8. Ownership of Intellectual Property
All code and AI prompts necessary to run the Commute Learner service are solely owned by Alanddin and are protected by intellectual property laws.
